How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Themomtographers Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page lists the steps for raising a concern. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Us
- Your experience when calling or messaging Themomtographers Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service.
If work in your home went wrong, try this order:
- First, raise it with the provider.
- Next, keep a written record of what was said and agreed.
- Then tell us too.
Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Themomtographers Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims or give refunds for a provider's work. We also cannot act on a provider's behalf.
What to Send

After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
Reply and ask us to review the matter again. Other places may also help. These include your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office and the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
